This is a full-scale reproduction of the Midway Gardens Sprite, the result of a collaboration between Frank Lloyd Wright and Alfonso Inanelli. The Midway Gardens was built from 1913-1914 as a city block sized entertainment complex in downtown Chicago. These Sprites were among many objects that sat atop the exterior walls. Cast in reconstituted stone.
