This hanging address plaque is 2-sided and designed to fit our Woodhaven Address Sign Post (AS632) or mount to any pole or flat surface. It is made of recycled cast aluminum and painted with a weather resistant finish. Custom made one at a time, for a personalized look that will last a lifetime. Address will be placed on both sides of the plaque. Two brass S-hooks included and Sheet metal screws included for mounting to pole or wall. Center-to-center distance between holes is 10.5". Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
