Changing or Cancelling an Order:
Once an order moves from "Pending" to "Warehouse" status it can no longer be changed or cancelled. To check the status of your order, please click the Order Status link at the top of our website.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, you must email customer service at support@exterior-accents.com within 3 business days to report the damage and we will then ship out a replacement. Any damage claims beyond 3 days of delivery cannot be honored.

To receive a refund, please send email to PriceMatch@exterior-accents.com with a link to the competitor's website that clearly shows the same item at a lower price.
*Refund valid on comparable final delivered cost of item, to include shipping and/or handling charges. Guarantee not valid on competitor close-outs, misprints, special buys, special promotions, liquidations, auction websites, or member club pricing. Return Policy:
Please send an email to support@exterior-accents.com to get a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition and must include all original parts and accessories. Some larger items will incur a 15% Restocking Fee. Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item is sent back to us without an approved return authorization number, it will either be refused or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If the product is purchased with "Free Freight" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways.
